Messaging

Send and manage LinkedIn messages. A COMPANY_ chat id (from curviate core inboxes chats) sends as that company page instead of yourself; see curviate core message send --help.

Arguments

Argument	Required	Description
`chatId`	no	Chat ID to send a message to. A COMPANY_ chat id sends as the company page.
`text`	no	Message text. Pass - to read from stdin.

Flags

Flag	Type	Required	Description
`--attach`	string	no	File to attach (repeatable). Not with --share-post or --share-job. One audio file (MP3, WAV, M4A, WebM, Ogg) alone, with no text, to one person, arrives as a voice note: no duration limit is stated here, and a size the platform refuses is PAYLOAD_TOO_LARGE. Audio to a group, in InMail or to a company page stays a file. --as-file keeps audio a file.
`--as-file`	boolean	no	Send every --attach as a file download, audio included (send_mode file). Then the audio may carry text, and several files may go together.
`--share-post`	string	no	Show a post natively in the message, beside the text (text required, no --attach). The post id from `curviate core post get` or a list; an activity id, URN or share URL also works. Not with --share-job. Whether a post id renders in the message is unproven until a live send.
`--share-job`	string	no	Show a job posting natively in the message, beside the text (text required, no --attach). The numeric job id or a LinkedIn job URL. Not with --share-post.

Also accepts these global flags: --api-key, --profile, --account, --team, --base-url, --timeout, --json, --preview, --verbose, --beta.

Commands

Command	Description
`curviate core message new`	Start a new chat with one or more members.
`curviate core message send`	Send a message to an existing chat. Pass a COMPANY_ chat id (from `curviate core inboxes chats`) to send as that company page instead of yourself, no separate flag needed. The output shows the acting identity: a company-page send prints "Sent as <name> (company page)", a personal send prints nothing new. `curviate core message get`	Get a message by ID.
`curviate core message edit`	Edit a message (within the allowed window).
`curviate core message delete`	Delete a message.
`curviate core message react`	Add an emoji reaction to a message.
`curviate core message attachment`	Download a message attachment.
`curviate core message inmail`	Send an InMail to a member.
`curviate core message inmail-balance`	Get InMail credit balance.
