curviate draft update

Change a Draft: only the parts you pass change. --attach appends files; --schedule-at schedules or reschedules, --unschedule cancels. Any update to a failed Draft clears its failure. A Draft being published answers DRAFT_PUBLISHING: read it again in a few seconds.
